Excellent quality/price ratio for my Flair manual espresso machine.

Pros:
- Well-designed with magnets and a non-slip base
- Convenient loading, grinding, unloading, cleaning, and charging
- Good materials (despite the housing looking 3D-printed)
- Precise grind settings
- Motor automatically reverses for few seconds and resumes grinding when stuck
- Relatively quiet grinding
- Holds 36g of ground coffee
- Cleaning brush

Cons:
- Quality of the instruction manual is much cheaper than the grinder itself, and is a bit confusing about grind settings, but you can figure it out after a few tries
